Our team

 BidProse Strategy Group is built on a simple model: one experienced lead supported by a small, trusted network of specialists. Clients work directly with founder Ena Dupree from kickoff through submission, with additional experts brought in only when a project truly needs them. You get senior-level attention, clear accountability, and access to extra capability without the cost or complexity of a large firm.


 Our model is built for small businesses that need senior-level proposal support but don’t have internal teams. You get direct access to an experienced lead, with additional help added only when it serves the opportunity. No inflated headcount, no mystery resources, and no wasted hours.

Our history

BidProse Strategy Group was built on more than 30 years of hands-on experience supporting competitive pursuits across federal, state, and commercial markets. Before forming the company, our founder spent three decades leading proposal efforts, developing capture strategies, writing technical content, and training teams in industries including defense, logistics, information technology, construction, education, and professional services.

Across hundreds of submissions, one theme proved consistent: evaluators respond to clarity, structure, and disciplined storytelling — not volume. That insight shaped the BidProse approach. Our work emphasizes clean schedules, organized content flow, accurate compliance matrices, focused reviews, and writing that ties strengths directly to what the agency is scoring.

Over the years, this experience expanded beyond proposal writing alone. It created a practical understanding of capture management — how agencies make decisions, what matters before the RFP drops, and how to position a solution early so proposal teams aren’t scrambling to fix gaps later. It also influenced how we support business development efforts through market research, opportunity qualification, teaming recommendations, and early shaping.

Training grew naturally from this work. Our founder has spent years coaching technical staff, SMEs, and small business teams on how to contribute effectively, improve their writing, understand evaluation criteria, and build internal processes that make future bids stronger and more efficient.

Today, BidProse exists to bring all of that experience together for small businesses competing for government work.
